How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. United States delivery takes 5–10 business days after that.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $75 ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours at support@tailtrovepet.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll sort it out right away.

Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email once it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible — we can usually make changes before an order ships, but not after.
